Penelope Pitstop is on Saturdays only on MeTV Toons

MeTv Toons is a hit in Virginia and across the nation. Airing popular cartoons from the 1970s and 1980s, Baby Boomers especially enjoy reliving their childhoods. One popular animated series is The Perils of Penelope Pitstop.

This Hanna-Barbera cartoon classic disappeared a few weeks back from the weekday afternoon lineup. Fans expressed their dismay on social media, but thankfully, Penelope ( Janet Waldo) and her nemesis, The Hooded Claw (Paul Lynde), only changed dates.

The animated series can now be seen on Saturday afternoons at 1:00 p.m. EST. Lynde was not credited, but his voice is unmistakable).

MeTV Toons can be viewed on Frndly and Philo in Southwest and Central Virginia, but check your local listings.
