Virginia General Hospital fans, if you have wondered why Kin Shriner has been absent for weeks in Port Charles as Scott Baldwin, you are not alone. Onscreen, his character left Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Heather Weber (Alley Mills) when they needed him the most.

Earlier this week, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) announced that Scott had sent him to take over Heather's case. Unlike previous exits, Shriner did not announce his departure on social media, and fans have been concerned.
