Sissey Spacek and Jack Fisk call Virginia home

According to News 10, actress Sissey Spacek and her husband, producer Jack Fisk, are two of the many celebrities who live in Virginia. The couple lives on a 210-acre horse farm in Albermarle County.

Spacek once owned a home at The Water's Edge at Smith Mountain Lake, where there is an equestrian center, one of her passions. The Oscar-winning actress has been in the public eye since she starred in Carrie in 1976.

She also portrayed Country Music legend Loretta Lynn in Coal Miner's Daughter. Fisk has built some of the most elaborate structures for movies. The couple met on a movie set in 1976, and their relationship has lasted for five decades.

He crafted the grand Victorian that peers down from above the wheat fields in Terrence Malick’s “Days of Heaven" (1978). He erected the oil derrick of Paul Thomas Anderson’s “There Will Be Blood” (2007). And he built Mollie Burkhardt's Osage home for Martin Scorsese’s “Killers of the Flower Moon.”
