Y&R fans are tired of rehashing the past

Virginia fans of The Young and the Restless have been saying they are dissatisfied with two current storylines. Viewers don't like that history is repeating with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Billy Abbott ( Jason Thompson), and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).

Those who watch the CBS soap wish the writers would develop something new rather than rehashing old storylines. Victor has tried to take down Billy since Billy Miller took over in 2008. Virginia fans say Billy's always messing up, and giving his former father-in-law an edge is tiresome.

Y&R writers need to do better

The Young and the Restless fans in the Commonwealth also don't like Sharon being off her meds and her mental health at stake yet again. She is hallucinating that she sees Cameron Kristen (Linden Ashby) and that she is kissing Nick Newman (Josh Morrow).

Hopefully, the writers will hear the voice of the fans in Virginia and elsewhere and turn this around. Victor needs to lose once in a while, and Billy and Sharon should be able to maintain without going down their respective rabbit holes.
