Diddy hit with $100 million judgement

Virginians, if you are invested in the Sean Combs saga, there is a bizarre update. Forbes reports that a Circuit Court Judge in Lenawee County, Michigan, ordered the music mogul to pay a 100 million dollar judgment because DIddy did nto show up in court.

Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith, a 51-year-old inmate in Michigan, was granted a temporary restraining order against Combs and in June filed a civil lawsuit claiming he was drugged and then se$ually assaulted by the star at a party in 1997.

Diddy's lawyer wants the judgement dismissed

Cardello-Smith claims Diddy visited him in prison in June and offered him a two million-dollar settlement, which he refused. Variety reports the ten million-dollar payments are to begin on October 1.

Sean J of Central Virginia says he doesn't believe Diddy will make the payments.Bob A from Southwest Virginia thinks the judgment amount is ridiculous and another attempt to "stick it to" the music mogul.

The Guardian reports Diddy's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, claims llo-Smith had committed "fraud on the court." He added that hsi client "looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed". Virginians, look for the next update in the Diddy saga.
