A Federal Judge denies bail for Diddy but his lawyer will appeal on Wednesday morning

Virginians following the Sean Combs saga, there is an update. Fox News reports that "Diddy" was arrested Monday at a Manhattan hotel. According to the New York Times he is expected to be charged with racketeering and trafficking. His attorney, Marc Agnifilo, responded predictably.

"We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is a then unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,"

"USA Damian Williams: Earlier this evening, federal agents arrested Sean Combs, based on a sealed indictment filed by the SDNY," "We expect to move to unseal the indictment in the morning and will have more to say at that time.

The Root reports that one commenter said she could no longer look at images of Diddy because his energy was dark. Some Virginians, like Priscilla A., say they have felt the darkness all along and wonder why others were so enamored of the mogul.

CNN now reports that a Federal Judge has denied Diddy bail. Agnifilo says there will be an appeal on Wednesday morning, so stay tuned.
