The Young and the Restless fans doubt Sharon really killed Heather

Is Heather really dead?

Some Virginia fans of The Young and the Restless have expressed dismay for months that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) began hallucinating that she is talking to Cameron Kristen (Linden Ashby).

Y&R viewers all over are distraught now that Sharon has seemingly killed Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom.) Sharon removed the dead body and tossed Heather into the river, but was it real?

Josh Morrow gave an interview that could be interpreted as implying that things are not what they seem. Some Virginia fans were already saying they believed Sharon's hallucinations had gotten out of hand and perhaps the murder never happened. Stay tuned to find out what comes next.

that's right I do not believe Heather is dead in the soap can't wait to figure out how to bring Heather back hope I see a storyline that brings Heather back alive for I do not believe she is dead Heather that is keep her in the soap in some storyline I hope
