Rumors of Anthony Geary returning to General Hospital are unfounded

Luke Spencer is not returning to save Lulu

If you have been in Facebook groups for General Hospital recently, Virginia soap fans may have read rumors of an Anthony Geary return. Some viewers are hoping he will show up alive and well and in time to save his daughter Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) with a liver transplant.

Anything is possible, but the last time Geary addressed the subject, he said he would have to be crazy to return. The soap vet is enjoying life abroad and has shown no interest in coming back to the US.

General Hospital fans know that Kelly Monaco was fired, and her character Sam McCall will die this fall. It's believed but not confirmed that Sam's liver will save Lulu's life, so stay tuned.
