VMHC is raising the bar with 3 spirited festivals

Ready to raise a glass — or three? The Virginia Museum of History & Culture is hosting a trio of beverage festivals, each celebrating liquid libations across the Commonwealth.

• Virginia Brews | Saturday, Aug. 3 | Celebrate Virginia Craft Beer Month with brews, live music, and food trucks. Plus, check out new museum exhibitions “Julia Child: A Recipe for Life” and “A Better Life for Their Children: Julius Rosenwald, Booker T. Washington, and the 4,978 Schools That Changed America.”
• Virginia Distilled | Saturday, Sept. 14 | During Virginia Spirits Month, sample spirits, groove to live music, and savor tasty bites from food trucks. Bonus: VIP ticket holders enjoy early event access, exclusive bites, and the chance to crown the Virginia Cocktail of the Year.
• Virginia Vines | Saturday, Oct. 26 | Celebrate Virginia Wine Month with live music, food trucks, and access to all museum galleries, including the museum’s newest exhibition, “Traveling Bricks: An Exhibition Made of LEGO® Bricks.”
