    Many people love casseroles and love pasta. This is a great casserole for for your family or when you are having guest. Everything is so expensive now days, so this is a great recipe to make for all the pasta meat craving people in your home or at your gathering. This can be made ahead of time so you can put it in the oven when you get home from work.

    If you want to make this meatless, use mushrooms and or spinach to this casserole.

    Ingredients:

    1 box of bow pasta

    1 pound of Italian sausage

    1 package of pepperoni

    2 cans of crushed tomatoes { 1 15 oz can and 1 28 oz can}

    Mozzarella cheese

    Black or green olives { sliced} optional

    1/3 cup of banana peppers

    1 small green pepper

    2 teaspoons of minced garlic


    Ready to make?

    Begin by cooking the pasta until it is al dente, following the instructions on the pasta packaging.

    Preheat a medium skillet over high heat. Brown the ground meat with diced peppers and minced garlic. Once cooked, drain the excess fat from the pan. Put your sausage mixture to the casserole pan. Now add your pasta, pepperoni, tomatoes, olives and banana peppers to your casserole. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
