    Glazed pork chops

My husband loves pork chops either in the oven, air fryer or on the grill. These are very simple to make and now that's summer times here these are easy to put on the grill. The glaze makes the pork chops a little sweet, but not over sweetened. These pork chops are always good with corn in the cob and baked potato in the grill. If you're doing them in your casserole, I would suggest mashed potatoes.

It'll take you about 15 minutes to prepare these pork chops the night before, but they will turn out so delicious when you cook them.

    Ingredient:

8 bone in loin pork chops ( thick pork chops)

    1/2 cup of ketchup

    1/4 cup of white vinegar

    1/4 cup of orange juice

    1/4 cup of Worcester sauce

    2 teaspoons of minced garlic

    Ready to make?

In a small bowl, you will add all the ingredients. Now you want to coat your pork chops and cover For eight hours are overnight. You will want to cover and refrigerate the rest of the marinade.

After your pork chops have marinated for eight hours or overnight you will want to drain the pork juices. If you decide to put these on the grill, lightly grease your grill rack. If you put these in a casserole, lightly use cooking spray in the casserole. On your grill allow them to cook until they lightly brown. You will want to brush more marinade on them from time to time, you will also want to turn them over and marinade the other side your pork chops. Probably will cook about 10 minutes. If you're doing your pork chops and a casserole put them in at 350° until they are golden brown again you will want to marinate your pork chops and turn them.
