    Cheesy hash browns

    2024-07-17

With the super bowl coming up, many of us have Super Bowl Parties. We always want to come up with new ideas. Well, this recipe is very simple to make in your casserole. Bacsically, all you have to do is mix and cook. This is budget-friendly because it makes a lot and will keep everyone from being hungry. The hash browns will be creamy. The hash browns cost about $5.00 for a 4 pound bag and the dip costs about $2.00. When you're trying to feed a crowd at your Super Bowl party? This is an excellent way to fill their bellies, and you can make this ahead and put it in the oven when you're ready.

    Ingredients:

    1 bag of hash browns

1 container of french onion dip or ranch

    2 cups of milk

2 cups of white cheddar cheese

    Salt and pepper

    1 shake of garlic powder

2 shakes or more of Slap ya mama for a spicy taste

    Ready to make?

To make a delicious hash brown casserole, start by grabbing a large bowl. Add your hash browns and then mix in a container of dip and the 2 cups of milk. Once mixed, transfer the mixture to a casserole pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray for easier cleanup. Bake the casserole in the oven at 357°F for about 60 minutes, or until the potatoes are brown. You can add a couple of scoops of the dip on top of the casserole before you place the casserole into the oven. Once your hash browns are golden sprinkle some white cheddar cheese over it. Bake it again for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Do you want the top of your potatoes to be more crispy? Turn your broiler on for about 5 minutes. Enjoy your delicious hash brown casserole!
