    Praline bars

If you're like me, sometimes you just need something sweet to eat. Or perhaps you're having company come over for dinner or your kids are just starving and need it after school snack. These praline bars are very simple to make they take about 30 minutes to put together. These bars are very creamy with a touch of caramel taste because of the toffee chips used in this recipe.

These bars make about two dozen.

    Ingredients:

    3/4 cup of butter

    1 cup of sugar

    1 teaspoon of vanilla

    1 1/2 cups of flour

2 8 ounce packages of cream cheese ( softened)

    2 eggs

    1/2 cup of toffee chips

    Caramel ice cream topping

    Ready to make?

First, you will want to mix the butter half a cup of sugar and half a teaspoon of vanilla with your electric beater on medium speed until it's light and fluffy slowly add your flower mixing on low speed until blended. Now you will press the mixture on the bottom of your 13 x 9" pan, bake for approximately 20 to 23 minutes until lightly Brown at 350° .

Second, you will make your cream cheese remaining half a cup of sugar and a half a teaspoon of vanilla in your electric mixer and blend on medium speed. Add eggs and mix well now blend in your chips. Pour the mixture over your baked crust. To make it fancier, you can cut through the batter with a knife several times to make a marble effect. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack cut into bars. When cooled drizzle with caramel sauce.

If you do not like toffee chips. There are so many more that you can use if you're making these for a little girls birthday party you can use unicorn chips. There are also Bailey's Irish cream, cinnamon, peppermint, espresso, Reese's pieces, butterscotch, peppermint crunch, vanilla, Peanut butter, Heath bar, sea salt and caramel chips.

I hope you enjoy these praline bars. I hope you will come back and follow me for future recipes and take a look at my past recipes. I really appreciate your following and I hope you have a great day.

SMILE... And give someone a hug 🤗
