    Kielbasa Casserole

    2024-08-28

With life being so busy with school started, we all need to find a way to make like easier. I like to make my life easier with a slow cooker. It's so easy to have it ready the night before and them place it in the your slow cooker in the morning or before you leave for work, schol or activities. This kielbasa reciepe is so easy to make and always very delicious. I recommend using fresh green beans for this casserole.

This meal is not very expensive for today's inflation prices. Below, is approximate prices depending on your area.

If your family is more of a meat eater, you can add to Kielbasa to the slow cooker Or more potatoes to stretch the meal.

    Ingredients:

    1 pound of kielbasa

    3 to 6 potatoes

    1 or 2 onions

1 pound of fresh green beams

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Garlic powder to taste

1 teaspoon Slap ya mama if you want this casserole a little spicy

water for the bottom of the slow cooker

    Ready to make😋?

First, you will want to clean off the end of your green beans and wash them. Next scrub your potatoes so they will be clean because you will not be peeling them. Which makes this recipe even easier. Now you will want to cut your potatoes into circles. You want to peel your onion and cut it into halves. When that is completed, you will want to cut your kielbasa into 2 inch slices. Once that is all completed, spray your slow cooker with cooking spray to prevent any sticking.

Cook your Kielbasa casserole on low for approximately three hours. You can always add more time depending on your slow cooker. When your potatoes are done, you will know your casserole is done also.

Place your circle pieces of potatoes on the bottom of your slow cooker. Now your pieces of Kielbasa on top of the potatoes. Now, add your pieces of cut onions. On top of that it will add all your fresh green beans. You will want to add the 2 cups of water to the slow cooker. Sprinkle all your spices on top to complete your casserole.

I hope you enjoy this easy slow cooking recipe. If you do, I hope you will come back and follow me for my future recipes and take a look at my past recipes. I appreciate your following. Thank you very much and have a super great day.
