Quick & Easy Mini Chicken Pot Pies

Most people like chicken pot pie, but it can be very time-consuming if you are making it from scratch. Most people just don't have time for this anymore between work, school,children, and their extra activities. This is so easy to make. You can whip it up in five minutes and have it in the oven before you know it. Chicken pot pie is known as a comfort food but this is the easiest way you can make this comfort food.

Ingredients:

1 or 2 pop cans of refrigerated biscuits

1 can of chicken

1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables or one or two cans of mixed vegetables

1 can of cream of chicken soup

One or two muffin/ cupcake pans

READY TO MAKE ?

First, you will want to spray your muffin/cupcake pans with oil spray. Now you will want to open up your refrigerated biscuits. Place your biscuit on a flat surface. Now you will want to take a glass or a rolling pin and carefully roll the biscuit out so it will fit inside of the pan. In a separate bowl, you will put your canned chicken, your can of cream of chicken soup and your mixed vegetables stir so everything is combined now you will want to place, your vegetable chicken mixture into the little pockets that you made with the biscuits fold the dough over slightly to enclose the mixture. Now you can spray the top with your butter spray or melt some butter and spread a little on top of the muffin. You will now want to bake your little chicken pot pies on 400° for approximately 10 minutes or until they are golden brown.
