    Are you looking for a sweet treat that is not a lot of calories. are you trying to get more protein into your day? It's very easy to make and it's very cooling to eat on a hot summers day or anytime. If you're trying to get away from eating ice cream. This is a lower calorie high protein treat. It's very easy to make and if you do not eat it all just put it in a container and put it in your freezer. You can put it back into your to blender and blend until creamy again. You might need to add a little water.

    In this recipe, you can use almond milk, coconut milk, whole milk or any type of milk that you desire.

    You can use any flavored protein powder that you desire. If you put frozen cherries and chocolate protein powder, it is another very delicious treat.

    For this recipe, you can use any frozen fruits that you enjoy. I use strawberry for this recipe today.

    If you want to use this recipe for your little one, you would just omit the vanilla protein powder. It is such a creamy delight.

    Ingredient:

    2 cups of milk

    1 or 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

    1 cup of frozen fruit

    1 cup of crushed ice or ice cubes


    Ready to make?

    This is so easy! Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until you have a creamy fruit dessert.
