Rich and Easy Earthquake Cake: A Delicious Dessert for Any Occasion!

Many of us have been living through hurricanes and tornadoes. I hope every day that everyone is safe and can pick up their life again. I hope they get the help to rebuild their homes. It's very sad to watch this on TV knowing that people do not have food, water and homes. I hope you will keep them in your thoughts too. There are different agencies that are collecting food and bottled water. I hope you will take the time, if you can afford , it to donate a case of water or something. I know financially times are hard for everyone.

If you like chocolate cake and German chocolate cake you will like this cake. It is a very rich, chocolatey, coconut, pecan cake. It's very easy to make, and your guest and your family will be impressed. This is an easy delicious cake to make the cream cheese mixture that you place on top will sink into the batter.

This cake gets its name because it will make a pattern on the top. You will not need any type of icing for this cake. It takes about 20 minutes to make. It's an easy cake to take off to a family gathering, church event or just for your own home.

They mix now you will want to make sure cake mix, water, oil and eggs and a large bowl with electric beater on medium until it is total combined. You will pour your cake mix over the coconut and pecans.

In a separate bowl, be cream cheese, butter, and vanilla together slowly mixing your confectionery sugar until it's smooth. Now you will pour this cream cheese batter with spoonful onto your German chocolate cake batter. Do not have the cream cheese batter on the side of your pan.
