Taco Loaded Bowl: A Delicious, Easy-to-Make Recipe!

My husband loves tacos. He likes anything that is like tacos. If you are your family member love tacos too, you will enjoy this taco bowl.

There are two ways to do the potatoes either peel them and cut them into small pieces. If you want to take the easy way, you can buy frozen potatoes.

So you can make your own guacamole or just buy your your store brand or any brand that you enjoy. Which is another time saver😁

You can make your own Pico De Gallo or just buy it in the store.

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 pounds of potatoes

    1 pound of ground meat

    Olive oil

small Cherub tomatoes ( cut in half)

    Taco seasoning of your choice

Shedded cheese ( we like jalapeño cheese)

    Sour cream

    Pico De Gallo

1 cup of fresh diced tomatoes

1/2 cup of diced red onions

1 small jalapeño ( remove seeds unless you want it spicy)

    1/2 cup chopped cilantro

    1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

    Juice of 1/2 lime

    Salt to taste

    Guacamole ( combine all ingredients)

    2 medium sized avocados

1/2 cup of diced red onion

    Juice of a lime

    1/2 cup of cilantro

Garlic powder to taste or 1 teaspoon of minced garlic

    Salt to taste

    * adjust the ingredients to your taste *

    Ready to make?

Preheat your oven to 425°. Now you will want to peel your potatoes and cut them into squares. Place potatoes in a large bowl drizzled with olive oil. You will want to toss them well so all the potatoes are coded seasoned with some garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Place potatoes on a single layer sheetand roast for approximately 25 minutes then gently flip and toss them roasting for another 15 to 20 minutes until gold and crisp. If you happen to use the bag of potatoes or fresh potatoes, you can also put these in your air fryer. If you would like to make them cheesy, you can add some cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for about five minutes and then remove.

While, your potatoes are cooking adid your ground meat to a fry pan. Cook your ground meat until it is not pink, but not overcooked. Make sure you drain any oils. Now, you can add any of the spices above or add your own.

Now you will build your bowl. Place the potatoes on the bottom add cheese now you add your ground meat your topping such as lettuce, tomato, guacamole, jalapeños and avocados. Now you can top your bowl with cheese. If you like sour cream, you can put a dollop on top.
