Two free events are happening Friday and Saturday at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Virginia International PANFest starts at 6 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Saturday at 24th Street stage. National Broadway tour of ‘The Book of Mormon’ returns to Norfolk
