Sunday brings patchy fog followed by more scattered showers and thunderstorms
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -- A few popcorn showers and storms are still moving across the region. We’ll continue to tack this very scattered activity heading into tonight before we clear this rain late. Sunday’s forecast is looking very similar to what we’re seeing today. Starting out in the morning, we could see some areas of patchy fog develop then clear by mid morning. Temperatures will start out in the low 60s, with low to mid 80s returning by the afternoon. A few scattered showers will be possible across the region tomorrow morning, but most of that rain will fall in the afternoon. Once again, we’re not looking at a severe weather threat, but smaller hail, strong winds, and locally heavy rainfall will be possible in some stronger storms.
