BROOKINGS, S.D. – South Dakota’s team tied for second place for the sweepstakes award at the 2024 4-H Shooting Sports National Championships. Aberdeen sledding hill gets $50,000 donation
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A project to make a sledding hill in Aberdeen safer took a big step forward this week after receiving a large donation. Glacial Lakes Energy donated $50,000 to Leadership Aberdeen to help it purchase a snow maker machine and snow groomer at Baird Hill. The donation is part of a $240,000 plan for updates to Baird Park.
