You really don't need to hire expensive consultants to tell you the obvious. The slower you go the fewer accidents and the less severe the accident should one occur. Do we really need to waste taxpayer money for these useless studies? If you really want to save lives here's a thought for free at no taxpayer expense...no back to horse and buggies! That way all the politicians can really feel good about themselves regarding how many lives they have saved.

About time, the 5 year surveys will be skewed due to all of the out of area commuters flying through our residential streets we complained about to Mayor Aitken at out townhall meeting. She listened!
