Ceiling collapsed in this Waterloo man's apartment after Tuesday’s heavy rainfall
International student Chintan Bhardwaj is still picking up the pieces after Tuesday’s rain collapsed the roof of his apartment at 30 Hickory Street E. in Waterloo.
