Suspect identified following standoff near Pinedale Elementary
RAPID CITY, S.D. - An armed suspect has been apprehended by police following a seven-hour standoff near Pinedale Elementary. At about 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 21, law enforcement received reports of gunshots in the area of 5200 Pinedale Circle. ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. — Sturgis’ Arina Haugen captured the All-Around Rookie Cowgirl honors at this year’s National High School Finals Rodeo. Haugen qualified for the finals in three different events, breakaway roping, pole bending and barrel racing.
