Hamden, CT Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC has negotiated the sale of 900 Sherman Ave. This property has been part of a family for generations, and Vinny Massaro, who handled the property for his family, is grateful to see this property be redeveloped. This property was purchased by Burt Process Equipment, headquartered at 100 Overlook Dr. Burt Process Equipment is a corporate resident of Hamden for over 20 years. With continued growth, Burt plans to expand at 900 Sherman Ave. to provide manufacturing and distribution facilities for its Precision Stainless Steel Process Solutions and Wastewater Systems businesses. Mayor Lauren Garrett said, “Burt Process Equipment has been a family-owned leader in water systems for over fifty years. We are proud that they have chosen to stay in Hamden, investing in a new facility and expanding their manufacturing and global distribution operations in the town.” Silvester Garza from Vidal/Wettenstein LLC was the sole broker for the transaction.
