HRA Welcomes Donation from New Britain Youth Leads for Local Food Center
Youth leaders from New Britain Youth Leads donated money they had fundraised to HRA of New Britain’s New Britain Food Resource Center. The donation of $225 was presented by Youth Leads to HRA at the Food Resource Center’s Farmington Avenue location, HRA said, “to recognize the Food Resource Center’s efforts to provide food to thousands of New Britain residents each year who otherwise cannot access enough for their families.” The donation was presented to HRA on a ceremonial “big check.”

Sarah D. Courtemanche, 37, is stepping into the position of East Greenwich School District assistant superintendent, previously held by Michael Podraza. Podraza was named superintendent of the South Kingstown school district.
