HOLLY HILL, Fla. (WPEC) — A search warrant at a 52-year-old man's home led to Florida deputies discovering that he had child pornography, police said. David Von Oesen was arrested Thursday morning at his apartment in Holly Hill, the Volusia County Sheriff's Office said. Deputies found that Von Oesen would disguise himself as a child on social media and solicit children for nude photographs.

James Guzman Given Death Penalty for '91 Daytona Murder
59-year-old James Guzman, the man convicted in the 1991 murder of David Colvin in Daytona Beach, has been sentenced to death with unanimous recommendation from a Volusia County jury.
