MANAWA (WLUK) -- The Manawa Mill Pond will return after the dam breach that occurred earlier this month. A few weeks after the early July storm that caused flash flooding in the city, Manawa is getting back to normal. Clean up from the flooded wastewater treatment facility is underway in Lindsay Park. Kids are fishing nearby along the banks of the Little Wolf River, since the 186-acre Manawa Mill Pond remains empty.
