    No. 12 Baylor takes country roads home with a win in Morgantown

    MORGANTOWN, WV ( FOX 44 ) — The Bears are heading back to Waco happy with their second-straight win in a dominant showing on the road, taking down West Virginia 94-81.

    A standout first half from Josh Ojianwuna off the bench helped Baylor to a 42-34 lead heading into the halftime break. Ojianwuna set a career-high in steals with three in the first half to go along with eight points and six rebounds in just nine minutes. He finished as the only bench player to find the scoring column for the Bears.

    As for the starters, the second half saw the trio of Ja’Kobe Walter, Jayden Nunn and RayJ Dennis torch the Mountaineers defense with 13 points each. The three Baylor standouts combined for 61 of Baylor’s 94 points to help lead Baylor to the win.

    The Bears head across the country for a trip to Provo next to take on No. 19 BYU on Tuesday, January 20th at 8:00 p.m.
