WACO, Texas ( FOX 44 ) — More hot hitting for Baylor baseball and a season-high 18 hits helped the Baylor to its fifth-straight win with a 15-3 victory over Incarnate Word on Saturday.

The Bears repeated their Friday night success by starting the first two innings fast and jumping out to an early 6-0 lead thanks to home runs from Wesley Jordan and Hunter Teplanszky.

Cam Caley came around to score to get Incarnate Word on the board in the fourth inning but nine-straight for the Bears clinched another series win for Mitch Thompson’s squad.

Baylor will go for the series sweep against Incarnate Word tomorrow on Sunday, April 7th at 1:00 p.m.
