GAINESVILLE, FL ( FOX 44 ) — The Bears continued to prove they won’t be an easy out in the NCAA Softball Tournament, taking down No. 4 Florida, 5-2 to force a decisive game three with a trip to the Women’s College World Series on the line.

The Bears got on the board first again in game two thanks to a three-run home run from Shaylon Govan, her 11th of the season.

The defense took over from there, with back-to-back-to-back innings of incredible defensive plays from Baylor holding Florida batters at bay.

RyLee Crandall turned in a stellar outing in the circle, going the distance allowing just five hits and two runs while striking out six to get her 17th win of the season.

The Bears advance to a winner-take-all Super Regional final in Gainesville with the winner moving on to Oklahoma City on Sunday, May 26th at 1:00 p.m.
