Post, Tx ( FOX 44 ) – A 50-year-old Waco woman was killed near Post, in west Texas, on Sunday afternoon. A tire blew out on her vehicle, causing a rollover.

Texas Department of Public Safety Sgt. Johnny Bures said it happened on U.S. Highway 84 at Mile Marker #270 in Garza County, southeast of Lubbock.

Sgt. Bures said Christina Estorga, of Waco, was the driver of a 2007 Honda Pilot which was traveling south on U.S. Highway 84 when a tire blew out, causing her to lose control of the vehicle. The Honda went into a side skid, traveled off the highway, then rolled before coming to rest in a field off the highway.

Man charged with murder in Nolanville stabbing

Estorga was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigating troopers reported she was not wearing a seat belt.

Two passengers, ages nine and 13, were not injured in the crash.
