UH Hilo Athletics achieves record GPA, 60 student-athletes earn awards
Sixty University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo student-athletes were announced as recipients of the 2023–24 Division 2 Athletics Directors Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Award for attaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher. The Vulcans’ 60 student-athletes were among 1,124 honorees from the Pacific West Conference, ranking third in all of Division II.

6 new postmasters recognized on Kaua‘i
Officials with the U.S. Postal Service gathered in Līhu‘e last week to celebrate the installation of six new postmasters on the Garden Isle.
