18-year-old Henrico man charged with second-degree murder in connection to death of another man
An 18-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection to the death of a man found with “obvious signs of trauma” in a Henrico County parking lot. This follows the arrest of a teenager in early July.

VDOE looks for input on cell phone restrictions in classrooms
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) is looking for input on Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s Executive Order 33. Youngkin issued the order earlier this month to “establish a cell phone free education.” It will be the first statewide initiative to eliminate or severely restrict cell phone use for all the state's public schools.
