Florida man sentenced in SD for fatal road rage incident
RAPID CITY, S.D. - A man from Fort Welton, Florida who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter has been sentenced in South Dakota. On November 24, 2022, Giles Frederick Hulsmann, 38, found himself lost near Pine Ridge, far removed from his intended route. Hulsmann then flew into a rage and sped up to 80 MPH in a 45 MPH zone.
