BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - This local performer sparked up the Fourth of July spirit at the Former Governors’ Mansion with music. Kris Kitko can be seen performing all over town, but she’s now returned to an old gig at the Former Governors’ Mansion on Independence Day to sing patriotic songs.
Dickinson Research Extension Center field days set for July 9 and 10
The North Dakota State University (NDSU) Dickinson Research Extension Center (DREC) will host an agronomy field day on July 9 and livestock-focused field day on July 10. One person shot and killed in Grand Forks; suspect arrested
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – One person was murdered in a shooting in Grand Forks. Police were dispatched to Sledsters Food and Brew at 21 South 4th Street for a shooting in progress. Officers found one victim on the floor inside the business with gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts, the victim died.
Lots of road construction in south Grand Forks
(KNOX) – 40th Ave. South will be closed from Cherry Street to Belmont Road starting Monday for a complete reconstruction. Detour signs will be posted. The intersection of 40th Avenue South and Cherry Street will reopen to traffic for north/south and west bound traffic by the end of this week. This intersection has been closed since May 20th for reconstruction.
