The search is on for 55-year-old Stephen (Steve) Philip Foster, a convicted felon whom Michigan State Police have described as wanted on multiple felony warrants. These warrants include charges related to possession and distribution of child sexual abusive material, failure to register as a sex offender, illegal firearms possession, and operating a drug house. According to ClickOnDetroit, Foster was previously convicted of second-degree criminal sexual contact with a person under 13.
