WARSAW — Lloyd Dale Howard, 77, Culver, was pronounced dead at Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital after his semitractor struck Texas Roadhouse Thursday, Aug. 8. Warsaw Dentist Receives Probation For Confinement & Battery Of Former Employee
ELKHART — A Warsaw dentist has received probation for acting inappropriately with a former employee by locking her in an office and inappropriately touching her. Steven C. Hollar, 57, Warsaw, was charged with confinement, a class A misdemeanor as a lesser included offense of a level 6 felony; and battery, a class B misdemeanor. Annual Art Beat Returns to Downtown South Bend
Downtown South Bend's 21st annual Art Beat is happening today from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The city's downtown will be transformed by over 700 artists of all different mediums showcasing their work. There will be culinary, performing and visual artists with mediums such as artistic food creations, jewelry, pottery, belly dancing and barbershop quartets, among many others. There will also be a kids area, Kids Beat, in partnership with the South Bend Museum of Art, where there will be face painting and other activities for kids.
