Monmouth County to Host Veterans Resource Fair on Aug. 14

WALL, NJ – The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners will host a Veterans Resource Fair from 4-7 p.m. on Aug. 14, at the Wall Township Municipal Building, 2700 Allaire Rd. in Wall, NJ.
“We are thrilled to host the annual Veterans Resource Fair and thank the Division on Aging, Disabilities and Veterans Services for coordinating such an important event.,” said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone. “Monmouth County honors and appreciates all those who have served our nation in the armed forces and we want to do everything we can to assist these men and women when they come home.”
There will be more than 20 participating organizations at the Veterans Resource Fair that offer a variety of resources and programs. Here is a confirmed list:
“Please join us and meet with representatives of agencies, among many including the Brookdale Community College Veterans Center, the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County, the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs and the Monmouth County Division on Aging, Disabilities and Veterans Services,” said Commissioner Susan M. Kiley, liaison to the Division on Aging, Disabilities and Veterans Services. “Attendees will also hear presentations from Monmouth County Clerk Christine Giordano Hanlon and representatives from the Veterans Administration New Jersey Health Care System.”
