Patrick Woodward, suspect in Elmira armed burglary, will serve 3 years in prison
One of three suspects charged in connection with an armed burglary in January in the City of Elmira will serve three years in prison for his role in the crime. Patrick Woodard, 24, of Elmira, was also sentenced in Chemung County Court this week to three years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty June 3 to a count of second-degree attempted burglary.

A community is mourning the loss of one of their own after the severe storms that ripped through Central New York claimed a life.
