Suspicious person arrested with methamphetamine and open warrant
SHENANDOAH, Texas — A suspect was apprehended by Shenandoah police while attempting to inject methamphetamine outside a closed building late at night. The Shenandoah Police Department reported that officers observed the individual acting suspiciously and intervened just as he was about to inject a syringe filled with suspected methamphetamine, which was later confirmed through a field test. The suspect also had an outstanding warrant from Louisiana for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and the confirmed open warrant, according to the Shenandoah Police Department.
