For starters do not use counselors. Some may be of very little help while appearing to be helpful. Stop allowing teachers to diagnose, stop using the word MENTAL, unless you are referring to mental health, stop focusing on disabilities and focus on abilities (as every human being has disabilities especially those that think otherwise.) Stop Segregating, focus on disqualifying teachers if they cannot manage learning challenges (curves). Stop using ADHD and start realizing children are no different than adults,some have more ambition than others.Start realizing teachers are bullied,start realizing children are bullied. Put a stop to bullying (bullying is murder).If parents want to record meetings with teachers/should be allowed,no law against but otherwise should not be recorded without parent knowledge due to too much corruption and manipulation of videos and control going on in schools. If principal is any good meaning not corrupt allow for sit in during meetings (parents discretion)

you see I don't believe in complete rights for students I believe that the students that keep disrupting classes doesn't do their homework selling drugs on school grounds fighting on school grounds shootings on school grounds these people should be put in a detention center for years until they learn and I'm talking about being taught anything is better than nothing and they're not learning anything right now when you got seniors they can't read third grade level but yet they're getting into college thanks to Obama
