Cat Stuck in Tree in SW

Hello, as the title says, I found a cat stuck in a tree (might have to zoom in, you can see the little tuxedo foot in the middle of the photo). It’s right near Greater Portland Bible Church and Stephen Creek Nature Park. Does anyone know somebody missing a black and white cat near this area? I don’t know how long kitty has been up there. I first some him while birding this morning. I went to check this evening if he had come down. He hadn’t. We called all the services, but they were either closed or wouldn’t come help. Luckily, we were able to get a ladder and got pretty close to the cat, but not close enough to reach them. We will check on him in the morning and try to call the places again. In the meantime, I hope we can find his owners! Thank you!
