Wht is the first thing that comes to your mind when someone says ‘Hawaii’? Is it lush tropical jungles, mystical landscapes straight from a scene of Jurassic Park or wall-high waves which make those Pacific islands the ultimate surfers’ paradise? I’m pretty sure it is hard to pick one reason why Hawaiian islands are such a special destination. 

What I am also convinced of, is that every single island is packed with  breathtakingly beautiful beaches. But which ones are the most worth visiting when you have so many to choose from?

1. HANALEI BAY, KAUAI

Proudly holding the title of the largest bay in Kauai, Hanalei Bay is a 2-mile long stretch of fine white sand surrounded by emerald green waters. Nestled between Hanalei and Waipa Rivers, the bay attracts travellers with the most jaw-dropping views of the nearby mountains, world class surfing conditions and the variety of recreation activities from kayaking to windsurfing.
