    1. BEACHES OF PADAR ISLAND

Without a doubt, Padar Island is one of the most iconic locations within Flores. This jaw-dropping island is known for dramatic landscapes similar to these in Jurassic Park. Padar is one incredible spot for hiking and sunset watching. The island is also surrounded by a beautiful lagoon and calm turquoise waters, which makes it a perfect place to swim and snorkel. You can find all sorts of beaches around Padar Island- white, black and pink sand, and each of them is equally worth visiting.

    2. PINK BEACH- PANTAI MERAH

Komodo is one of a very few places in the world blessed with beautiful beaches that spark all shades of pink. This unique phenomenon is caused by the rare red coral that is washed to the shore where it blends with sparkling white sand. Pantai Merah, although best known for the pink sands, is surrounded by the breathtakingly blue calm waters that contrast perfectly with the magenta shores.

    5. THE BEACH AT LE PIRATE ISLAND

Le Pirate Island is Komodo’s ultimate chill destination and the only island that serves the adventurous beach glamping experience. Le Pirate Island is a perfect stop for lunch, snorkelling, canoeing or hiking. Although it’s a private property of Le Pirate tour operator, travellers stop here to hang out for a few hours. If you’re travelling with Le Pirate Explorer group, you will get to experience a night on this island.

The island is surrounded with incredibly vibrant coral reefs and the waters here are calm and perfect for snorkeling. The main beach is a long stretch of perfectly white sand and unrealistically blue lagoons and offers the variety of activities to try around.

When the sun sets, simply grab a lounger and a drink and indulge in the most exquisite views. Join the bonfire party, cooking class or simply head back to your open-air beach cabana which will be your home for the day.
