Lava Rock Cliffs at Koko Kai Mini Beach Park AKA "China Walls"
This is one of my favorite spots on Oahu, which is known as China Walls. It is an area of cooled lava rock forming these beautiful cliffs jetting out into the ocean. Check out the coming videos to see cliff jumping and a gorgeous sunset!
The Famous Kona Brewing Co. In Hawaii Kai is NOT a Tourist Trap - We Loved It!
Here we visit the famous Kona Brewing Co., located in the neighborhood of Hawaii Kai. After hiking Koko Head, we needed to cool down and drink something cold. Not sure what to expect, we had a few tasty drinks during happy hour with unbelievable views around us. Definitely recommend this place!

Exploring World War 2 Lookout Bunkers (Pillboxes) on Top of Koko Head Crater
Once we reached the top of Koko Head Crater (hooray, it was a pretty difficult hike), we started to explore the various pillboxes. Pillboxes are old lookout bunkers from World War 2, and they are typically bright colors and heavily graffitied. They also make for pretty great view points, which makes sense!
We Conquered Koko Head, Hawaii's Stairmaster of A Hiking Trail!
After climbing what felt like 1,000 flights of stairs in the hot Hawaiian sun, we finally reached the end of Koko Head! It was a really fun hike (and it wasn't too bad really), but there is still more views to take in and things to explore at the summit. Check out the coming videos!

Here we ate a few famous pasta dishes in Rome, Italy - one was "Carbonara", and the other was "Gricia". They were both ridiculously delicious, with the Gricia being my favorite pasta dish I've ever eaten in my life. Pasta in Italy really is one another level (if you like al dente).
Terrified By Gunshots Before Hiking the Brutal Koko Head Trail
While walking to the start of the Koko Head hiking trail, I hear a series of gunshots - my prediction is that it is from a shooting drill by the military, but it still was unsettling combined with the nervousness of starting this difficult hike. Check the next video to see more!
