Science Central hosts W2: Whisky-Whiskey this Friday

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Science Central invites you to join them in their annual W2: Whisky-Whiskey event this Friday.

At W2, there will be 5 different whiskeys to taste throughout the night. The fundraising event was curated by the Executive Director of Science Central, Martin Fisher.

The event will be held at The Plex South, and will run from 7-10 p.m. as Science Central has their annual shutdown until Aug. 30.

Food vendors, a designated cigar smoking area, and auctions will also be available at this whiskey-tasting event. Coffee will also be provided at the end to help even the body out.

W2: Whisky-Whiskey is only for ages 21+, yet serves as a major fundraiser for the non-profit organization, and is often a sell-out event.

With Science Central closed until the 30th, tickets can be found on their website . WANE 15 spoke with the Marketing Director, Steve Clark, and he says that the event sells very well, and to get tickets sooner rather than later.
