FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Bishop Luers boys soccer locked up an outright SAC title on Thursday with a thrilling 2-1 overtime win over Concordia.

The Knights finish conference play with a 6-1 record, sealing the SAC crown as every other team has at least two losses in conference play.

Concordia charged ahead to a 1-0 lead thanks to a goal by Nathan Labahn. However, Luers leveled the match at 1-1 with a goal by Ryon Stoker. With the match going to overtime, Angel Rojas served a set piece into the box, with Andres Rodriguez getting enough contact to score the game-winning goal.

Bishop Luers (13-1-1) wraps up regular season play next Tuesday against West Noble. Concordia looks to bounce back that same day against Snider.
