FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – With Bishop D’Arcy Stadium packed for homecoming weekend, Saint Francis gave their fans plenty of fireworks in a 70-7 win over Madonna.

The Cougars have won three straight games since a season-opening loss to Madonna.

Saint Francis finished 10 of their 14 offensive drives with touchdowns in Saturday’s win. North Side High School grad Bohde Dickerson caught the first touchdown of the afternoon from Josh Kulka. Following another passing touchdown to O’Vauntay Vickers, Garrett Yoon connected with DeKalb grad Derek Overbay for another Saint Francis score.

Meanwhile, Snider High School grad Lenny Bennett scored his first touchdown in a Saint Francis uniform. Late in the game with reserves in, Bishop Luers alum Carson Clark and Aden Dennis connected for a passing touchdown to wrap up the scoring for Saint Francis.

The Cougars (3-1) hit the road to visit Taylor University next Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m.
