    Carroll girls volleyball shakes off slow start to top Concordia

    FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – Despite dropping their first set at Concordia, Carroll rallied in the next three sets to earn their 21st win of the season (20-25, 25-8, 25-18, 25-15).

    Bailey Sinish led the way offensively with a team-high 24 kills. Addi Shippy also finished in double figures with 10 kills in the win. Sophia Gisslen dished out 45 assists, while libero Cala Haffner had a team-high 15 digs and five aces.

    Carroll (21-3) has a quick turnaround by visiting Blackhawk Christian on Tuesday. Concordia (10-11, 2-0 SAC) visits Wayne on Tuesday.
